Fernando Aspillaga – San Javier

Fernando Aspillaga works at the Rapalo farm, located in San Javier, in the Maule Region.

As Fernando explains this farm wasn’t being really productive before Subsole took it over. But after the technical management applied in this site, productivity increased in almost a 35%, in just 1 year time.

He also thinks that the relationship between the workers and the executives is much closer now and that this had been essential for the improvement too. And the results are at plain sight: today they harvest kiwifruits of maximum quality.
