Walmart, the world’s largest retailer, has developed special requirements for those who send their products to their stores.

The main focus of Walmart’s demands is on the ethical treatment of workers, starting with the enforcement of labor laws and also incorporating requirements regarding working conditions and treatment.

Another key issue for Walmart is the Supply Chain Security; plants must comply with the requirements of the protocol to prevent intentional contamination of the product during the process.

An independent body verifies both aspects.
