This variety of bright green pulp is the most popular in markets all over the world and the most produced in Chile.

It is oval with little hairs on its brown skin. When cut, the pulp surprises with its intense green color, white center and black edible seeds forming a crown around its center.

Kiwi combines acid and sweet in a unique taste, and some consider that it has notes of strawberries, nectarines and melons. It has a soft, slightly creamy texture when eaten at its peak of ripeness.
